Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Clifford James which is why we stand by our 30 day Free Returns Guarantee for Shoe and Clothing Products. (This does not cover our Home and Garden products.)

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return the goods to us within 30 days of receipt. This can be done at no cost to yourself using the Royal Mail Pre Paid Label. Please see below to access this service.

Please ensure a completed returns form or covering letter stating the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take. This must include your full name, address including postcode and your customer account number / sales order number.

Once the parcel is received back into our warehouse; at this point we will process an exchange or we will issue an immediate refund. We don't refund the original post and packaging charge (unless the item arrives damaged / faulty) but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don't pay any postage for the replacement.

If your collection request is outside of our stipulated returns period, we will contact you to discuss an alternative return method.

ROYAL MAIL RETURNS SERVICE

Goods can be returned via the Royal Mail using the Pre-paid label. We ask you to obtain a Certificate of Posting which is free of charge at any post office. Should your return be lost, under our returns agreement with the Royal Mail we are only able to claim for goods up to the value of £36.00 and we will require a copy of your certificate of posting in the unlikely event that your return is lost or damaged in transit back to us.
