dissapointed, not as easy for a pensiioner to use as expectedThanks for your feedback, although I am a little surprised by its contents. This has been one of our best selling items in the last couple of years, selling in its thousands with very positive feedback from our customers.

This simple mobile is smaller than the old model but some of the features of the old one are not on this one (locking button at side for example). Bought phone for my mother who is partially sighted to replace her previous Simple Mobile but although the buttons and screen have reasonable visibility...Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback – much appreciated

Disappointed with this. The instructions are in such small print, they are hard to follow! Returned to Clifford James and awaiting refund.I am sorry to hear of the technical problems you are encountering with this phone. not too easy to understand had SimpleMobile previous model which suited us down to the ground, this one not so muchThank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear of the technical problems you are encountering with the product.

The construction of this product was more like a calculator than a phone- It seemed very flimsy. Sent it back and received quick, hassle free refund.Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, I am sorry to hear that the Phone did not meet your expectations. This was a personal buy and is most suited for a trip out. It is convenient for its size and as it weighs very little it fits into my handbag. Another good thing about it is it comes unlocked, so is open to any Sim. Well done Clifford James.Thank you for your comments and recommendations, they are very much appreciated.
