How to Order

Ordering online is a very simple and secure process.

There are two basic ways to place an order. The first is where you already know the codes of the products you require, and the second is where you want to browse the site to find the products.

You know the items you require:

In the search box, located near the top of the page, just below our logo, enter the item code or product name that you wish to order. The relevant item will be displayed on screen and you can click on this item to display the product details and prices.

Select the quantity you require and click the 'Add to Basket' button. The page will be refreshed and your item will appear in your shopping basket.

If you wish to order further items then simply repeat the process until you have entered all you require.

You can view all the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the 'My Basket' button located at the top right of the page. You can easily amend the quantity of an item from your basket by clicking the quantity dropdown menu next to the item and then click on the 'Update' button. To remove an item from your basket, click the Rubbish Bin icon.

Once your shopping basket contains all the items you wish to purchase click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button and you will be taken to our secure login page.

Processing the Order Online

If you are a new customer you will be asked to enter your email address to create an account with us. (Once you have an account with us, the checkout process will be much quicker as we already have most of the information needed).

You can now fill in your personal details on the simple form provided. All information is encrypted to keep your identity and personal Information secure.

Once all details have been entered click on the 'Confirm Details' button and your payment will be processed. You will then receive a confirmation of your order details online, we will also forward an email to confirm your order to the email address entered when placing the order.

All orders are processed and charged in one payment at the time of placing the order online. We accept payment by the following credit and debit cards - Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Visa Electron. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure.
